ANTWERP 6 VINTAGE T-SHIRT
The ‘Antwerp 6’ was a group of Belgian avant-garde designers that came into prominence in the early '90s and put Antwerp on the fashion map forever. This design celebrates how the City came to be the center of avant-garde fashion as much as the designers themselves. Each T-shirt is as gothic as Antwerp itself, most notably Ann Demuelemeester, with muted colors that have been earned over time, in homage to the more colorful designs of Dries Van Noten and Walter Von Beirendonck.
Colors available range from white, grey to black with black print only. Each Antwerp 6 T-shirt is intentionally discolored.
A limited number of T-shirts are also available in white, a nod to Martin Margiela, the unofficial member of the Antwerp 6. These T-shirts pay homage to Margiela's famous use of white lab coats. Please indicate your preference for the white version at special requests/check-out.
This authentic vintage T-shirt is one of only 25 T-shirts created exclusively by Byronesque in association with Life in Perfect Disorder. All rips, stains and other unique markings are intentional and represent over two decades of counterculture.
No two T-shirts in this series are exactly the same. The T-shirt shown is representative of the selection available. Degree of discoloration and distress will vary. Some T-shirts may be printed inside out.
Dry Clean Only.
